Patti is the best! My hair is fantastic every time. You can't get a better haircut anywhere. And my color is stunning. Salon Milano is a treasure!
Stylist: Patti is the only one who has cut my hair for 10 years, I wouldn’t trust anyone else, she is a genius with scissors! And trust her opinion when it comes to color, she knows precisely what will look perfect!
Absolutely the best haircut I’ve ever received!! Patti is the best, her instincts about what will work for you — style, color, length are always spot on! I totally trust Salon Milano!Services: Hair coloring
After the COVID-19 ugly-time quarantine, Thurston County opened first. I was jonesing for an Aveda fix...the smell of expensive botanicals. I burned my Sue's rubber to get there for a root retouch, cut, and eyebrow shaping PDQ, as in the first week. The haircut was wonderful, the stylist listened to me and got all the dead ends off (who does not love it when your person actually listens?). Silk purse, sows ear...it could happen. She did an excellent retouch and made me feel like a new woman. The blowout was not shabby, either. Sadly, the eyebrows were a wash. I explained what I wanted, asked for confirmation, and thought she heard me, but not so. I could not see the finished product because the garish lighting in the "spa" room blinded me, as did the glare off the mirror. The brows were overplucked in front and not shaped at the end (????). They looked worse than when I went in and will likely not grow back (ladies, you know what I mean). I called the owner back 10 minutes later as I was underway home (I drove an hour to get there), and she said explained the stylist had left. When I elaborated on the situation (the hair was gone where it needed to be and still there where it should have been removed), she said, "I don't know what you want me to do about that." I explained that her retort lacked empathy, and dampened any return visit possibilities, and to her credit, she apologized. But, seriously... I think the interaction with the owner took off the star: that, the eyebrows, and the "tip in cash" feature. I am being magnanimous with the overall rating today, but the haircut was that good. So get your hair transformed here, COVID-19 be damned. Avoid the spa treatments unless you are getting an aesthetician to do them. Or at all perhaps.
