Okay, here's the deal for anyone who is freaked out by the dentist. Dr. Bode and his team at Russell and Bode Family Dentistry are simply FABULOUS. I am not a perfect client for a dentist. Simply, driving to the dentist's office freaks me out. So, when I had to get a crown re-done and didn't have a dentist in my new hometown of Olympia, I trusted my husband with choice of his dentist and made a visit. AND I have to say, whatever they gave to knock the heck out of me, was absolutely FABULOUS! The entire crown experience with Dr. Bode and his technician, Hannah, was the best and a most positive experience. I've had my teeth cleaned by Dental Hygenist, Sarah, several times and she is so attentive, patient and good with me. How wonderful it is to now have a dental team where I can show up and know all will be well. A thousand stars, Dr. Bode and staff!
After quite a bit of searching, I stumbled upon Russell & Bode - the reviews were great and it appeared to be a family-oriented practice, so I contacted them on their website for a New Patient Appointment. When I was contacted, the scheduler was beyond helpful, answered my questions and shared information I didn’t know to ask. Although my first appointment was months out, I asked if I could be on a Cancellation List, she said “Absolutely!” It only took two cancellation calls before they could get me in, SIX WEEKS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! And then I met Tara! She was exactly what you want in a hygienist - she was clear, caring and had a great attitude and I could tell that she truly cared about me as a patient and loved what she was doing. THANKS TARA! I’m glad to find a dentistry office that I can LOVE again.
