Giovanni was great! He arrived early, did a wonderful job of cleaning all the roots out of our pipe, and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. Highly recommended Roto-Rooter and Giovanni!
Service was very quick! I called about 6 a.m. and Gio was here about 8 a.m. He fixed the clog so toilets flush again, ran a camera down to find the problem, gave me his recommendation and was gone by 9:15. Very clean, efficient and pleasant. He even whistled while he worked. I am pleased.
John and Gio were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also arrived very quickly (under an hour) and stayed until the job was done properly. Great team and service - thank you!
