Made an appointment online and received a few emails saying the appointment was confirmed. Showed up at my appointment time and waited about 30 minutes. No one arrived. Texted the number listed after about 10 minutes of waiting no response. That was 4 days ago. Still No calls or textsIf anyone can get an appointment with this person you must be luckier that I am. If you don’t offer loc extensions then stop advertising it on your services.

I would absolutely recommend Pure Glam. Our girls got box braids and they look fantastic. The owner couldn’t have been nicer.
