Lovely experience so far. At first I thought this was an interesting concept and I was slightly skeptical, because I’m used to just stopping in at a gym and getting it done or never getting it done:)
Orangetheory is great because there are classes with super engaging and friendly instructors that keep you motivated throughout and give you feedback on your workout posture. I am always confused if I’m doing exercises right, so this is very helpful!

Great calorie burn. Trainers are great about letting me modify strength cycle on my own for a shoulder injury. It’s like Bootcamp with empathetic and high energy positive trainers!
I love OTF. It's an amazing workout. I enjoy the coaches and the staff is always friendly. I especially enjoyed the curated classes. It's nice to be told what to do and when to do it. Keeps me on track and I always feel like I had a great workout.
