If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was suppose to be a move out clean with 2 cleaners coming for 2 hours. One showed up a half hour late. She was frustrated and anxious. In one hour, she cleaned the bedroom, fridge/freezer, the microwave and counters. I'm not only going to lose my deposit for my apartment, but also pay a $500 cleaning fee. I told the owner I wasn't going to pay. I tipped the cleaner for her time. In 37 years of renting, I've never left an apt uncleaned and ready for the next tenant. Do NOT use them!

When you need help and a company is close by, you make as many calls as you can to get their info. I've called this place six times you can't leave a message they don't respond to their Yelp add. I don't know what the deal is but I don't think they want the business of anybody.

Got their name from a neighbor. Called three times over 4 days and left voice messages. Never received a call back. I wanted to find out what they typically offer for repeat house cleanings and what they charge. Apparently too busy and too unprofessional to give me the courtesy of a response.
