I visited a classmate of mine at your facility. I was very impressed with the employees. They were very helpful and friendly. The facility was nice and clean and set up nicely!We enjoyed our visit!!
The entry system is easy to use and quick. Staff are very attentive and mostly empathetic. My loved one seems well cared for overall but some details, important ones are missed. I am thankful for the hard working staff especially physical and occupational therapy. They are working hard to help and we need that so my loved one can come home.
I'm grateful for the helpful staff at the facility. It was my first time there and o left my glasses in the car. A gentleman held me read each prompt for check in and walked me where I needed to go. Even offered to carry the box I had. Every patient I saw and spoke with was happy and talkative. This is a good sign. It suggests that they're being treated with respect. It was also nice to be smiled at by all the staff I saw as well. I'm grateful my friend is in this facility.
