If you love the regular standard of care in America this is the place, they don't respect your time or your questions or concerns, I was repeatedly lectured and then checked and reassured to follow my gut when thats what I was doing and then after missing many of my concerns early on like 32 week's pregnant fast forward to 38 weeks they figure out baby is breech and then of course they don't have a clue how to deliver a breech baby vaginally so they fast track you to the surgery and then pressure you and gaslight your concerns, now I am pregnant with baby#2 and in a completely different state and having trouble finding a provider that will support a VBAC even thought...read full review

Absolutely would not recommend you go here. Sure there might be a couple providers that are nice and make you feel somewhat welcome but they do not make up for the complete lack of customer service and respect that this office provides. From the very beginning they made me feel like a number on their list rather than an actual person or patient. I live in Gig Harbor but drove 45 min each way to go to their office because it was recommended to me. If I was even 7 min late they would make me reschedule my appointment even though their wait times were close to 30 min usually and the provider was only in the room with me for maybe 10 min. I had a condition that was causing a lot of pain and discomfort. I was referred to this practice and saw Dr Bell. I was an anxious patient but Dr Bell did a wonderful job taking care of me and helping me feel at ease at my appointment. I needed surgery. Dr Bell and his CMA Ashley got me scheduled with the hospital very quickly and before I knew it surgery was over and I felt so much better. I cannot thank Dr Bell and Ashley enough for everything they did to help me and for being so kind to me the whole way through the process.
