Had a pinhole leak in the line coming from the outside water into the hot water heater. Asked if it could be replaced with pex, was told yes it could. Another thing was my water heater is just under 11 years old, do I need to replace it? He said only if it's not working correctly. Another company came in previous and told me $900 to fix it. And Mike Moore did it for half that...and Zach was friendly and told me what was going on and what could happen going forward.
Tucker from Mike Moore Plumbing was OUTSTANDING! I needed an exterior hose bib replaced. The problem was that it extended in between two interior walls and above the floor so it was not easily accessible from the crawl space either. Plus, on one side of the interior wall was a shower/tub insert and the other side was a built in wooden cabinet. So access from there was a no go. The first two companies I had come out wanted to pretty much demolish one of those walls or the exterior wall at at cost well above $2000.
