It wasn't the service that made me give the 3*, it was the total amount I paid for just a gel application + builder. I mean not even the cuticles were removed and this is despite the fact that the rates are on the board but upon payment the rate completely changed by 2 times really! Otherwise the nail technicians were professional and friendly.
Requested style: I believe she did understand I just wanted a plain gel application plus the builder.
Cleanliness: The spa was really clean.
Stylist: Very professional and polite and friendly.

In Washington longer than expected on an unplanned trip. Needed nail care with no idea where to go and walked into Lacey Nails without an appointment. Rose did a great job on my nail repair and I couldnt be happier with the pink and white ombre with a pearl overlay. [Unfortunately, the photo doesn't convey the pearl sheen very well, but it's very pretty.]

I haven't had the opportunity to get anything done for years and they did absolutely great! They did a pedicure and full set and I'm pretty happy with it!! It's been awhile for me so the pricing when it comes to art detail tends to get away with me but they were all great with making sure I was happy!! Will definitely be going back!!!
