Jones Underground is a great company to hire. Justin did exceptional work on my sewer replacement. He took the time to explain to me what he had installed. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and the clean up was exceptional. Communication was great from start to finish.

Jones responded to an emergency underground water leak on a Friday night after my panicky call. I had no water to my home. They didn’t hesitate to say yes when at least 4 other companies said no or their first opening was 5 or six days away. The crew including the owner Justin Jones was amazing. They explained where the problem was, what was needed to fix the leak. It was late on a hot Friday night and they were so gracious. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

I recently hired a large firm from up north to replace the outside water main at my home. Mid-way thru the process they informed me that they could not complete the job as originally bid and offered me an alternative for thousands more. I chose not to go forward with them and instead contacted Jones Underground.
Justin Jones, the owner, came out to my home on a Sunday, assessed the situation and followed up on Monday with several options that included completing the job originally started by the larger company.
Justin completed the project as promised and beat the pricing bid of the first company.
