I had the most relaxing Reiki session of my life today. So much so that I sat in the parking lot to wake up enough to drive. I feel completely balanced energy wise. Grounded. My aches and pains in my back, from being a massage therapist, melted away. It was a new feeling as it was my first Reiki Session in 15 years. Heather Maxfield is a healer of body, mind, and spirit for sure.

I was looking for a facial in the area before I headed out for vacation and was lucky enough to run into Heather. She was super cognitive of any of my hesitations to healing modalities that I was foreign to, and gave me a sample of Reiki and it ended up relaxing me a ton after a stressful week. Heather definitely knows what she’s doing and made the experience very relaxing and easy. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for Reiki or a day spa in the Olympia area.
