Very friendly and super sweet. Vibes were cool, music always playing, so there was no awkward silence. The only reason for 4 stars is that it wasn't as impressive as a lash and lift as I've gotten in the past.

Kelsey is the brow whisperer. She can tame my bushy eyebrows like nobody else. Not to mention she is the sweetest person and makes you feel comfortable immediately. She has definitely mastered her craft so you can just relax and let her do her thing. Thank you so much Kelsey!
