I did the first time free eyebrow wax and had an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I loved chatting with my waxer during my appointment. They shaped my slightly chaotic regrowth from shaved brows growing back wonderfully. I wanted thin brows and I really appreciated that my waxer let me check in on what she had done and decide if I wanted to go thinner or not. I love how they turned out. I was a little worried that because it was a free service that there would be some pushy sales afterward, but my waxer just suggested a product that fit a need I had and showed me where I could find it if I wanted it. I had a wonderful experience at European Wax Center!
It was my first time going to this place and I wasnt sure if they accepted walk-ins or not, but gave it a go anyways.
I was waiting for a few minutes before a receptionist came out to help me, but she was very sweet and accommodating. They werent able to accept me right away, but set me up for an appointment that was less than an hour away.
That gave me time to take ibuprofen/tylenol as they suggested prior to waxing.
Their services were a bit pricier for my taste, although, i am used to getting threaded, so my opinion may be biast. It was $30... read full review
I went in for a complimentary birthday brow wax. Alicia was my tech and she was so friendly! She explained what she was going to do before doing it. She made sure the wax wasn't too hot. She also said after waxing that she needed to tweeze because I had super fine hairs that the wax wasn't able to get. Once the tweezing was done, she asked if I wanted her to fill in my brows with a pencil. I said yes and Alicia did an amazing job! I want to do my brows how she did them everyday-so inspiring!
