Daniel arrived last week to clean the carpet in my mother-in-law's apartment. She is 98 and does not get around well. The carpet had not been cleaned in the 10 years that she's lived there. I warned Daniel before he saw the carpet that it was terribly dirty and stained, and that I did not expect perfection. Daniel had a look around and agreed with me that it was in pretty rough shape! Daniel was quick to respond with a date and time he could do my carpets. He has done my carpets twice over the years both times he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. I like that he is a local company that has been in business for a long time. He has very reasonable pricing. I will always use DKB for my future carpet cleaning services.
