I feel like I have found my home, the perfect mix of de-stress/energy release and massage I have ever come across, her body work sessions are by far the best impact I have had for my mental and physical wellbeing. Her room is dim and always the perfect temperature, she has a table warmer and the perfect amount of bloster support, and her energy is just perfect for relaxation. Terri Lynn is a very skilled bodyworker. I got the abdominal massage not sure really what I was getting into but somehow knowing I needed to have this kind of session with her. And I'm glad I went with that gut feeling (ha, see what I did there) anyway, the overall experience was one of release and some relaxation. I had already had some experience working with my breath with Terri Lynn as I had attended to of her group breath work gatherings. I took aspects of that practice with me into this bodywork session and it served me well.
