Miss Cat was amazing with my special needs 2 year old. She helped show me approaches to managing her hair and took the time to meet my daughter on her level. She is experienced, educated, and kind. She has training in African American haircare. Looking forward to working with her more.
I've been going to Cathleen Doctor for about 10 years and would never go to anyone else. She has decades of experience in hair design, is a genius when it comes to color, and cuts hair beautifully. She also has expertise in cutting and styling African American hair, having been trained by an old time expert in Tacoma. I'm an older woman so I go to have her do my color and touch up roots and could not be happier. Cathleen's rates are also reasonable and competitive.
