I have been working with Aki for a few months now. I have a good background of training and gym knowledge, but I really needed to change it up to reach my goals. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and it was the perfect kickstart that I needed. It's a fun environment and I appreciate that they always target the entire body. I can't recommend them enough.

I started working with Jen in July after my 6th baby at 44. I knew I wanted to be healthier and in better shape to keep up with all my kids, plus I had some personal running goals! Jen worked with me to find a routine that would achieve both of my goals and offered me sound nutrition advice! I’m not new to fitness or lifting however, I’m stronger now than I ever was before while lifting fewer days a week and I’m seeing a lot more muscle definition! Their plans are pretty flexible and they work hard to work around your schedule/help you with your goals!
