I am so glad I found Jennifer. She has a very calming effect on me with the Jin Shin Jyutsu. During the JSJ I quite often fall into a light, relaxing asleep. It's truly amazing. Then, I have a massage to find any tight muscles. Before seeing Jennifer I had chronic backaches and very tight back and neck muscles.
