Bay shore has exceptional customer service! from day one they made sure to pull all the needed information for our septic site, scheduled us in a timely manner, great communication and went above and beyond during the maintenance and upgrades. we appreciate having found a trust worthy business that we can rely on. To begin, each member of the Bay Shore staff, from owner to foreman and crew members were respectful, considerate, timely and hard working. We're certain that Bay Shore would be able to do a top-notch job with any straightforward installation, but ours was not straightforward.
