We called Asset Protection when our heatpump stopped working after being installed incorrectly by someone else. Ben responded quickly and got us back up and running (and way better than before!). We highly recommended his company to everyone!!

Expectations far exceeded what we originally thought. Ben the owner was very responsive and easy to work with when discussing what needed to be done to replace our furnace and add AC to our home. Seemed very knowledgeable and was straightforward. His work is not perfect, but neither were any of the major HVAC companies we had dealt with in the past. The difference, however, was the amount of care and commitment Ben had during the whole process, from quote to installation to setup. He worked with what the house had originally for a furnace, which was a mess. Overall I was amazed on how he was determined to ensure we were 100% satisfied.
