I was put on oxygen and Apria delivered the equipment after being discharged from the hospital in August of 2024. I only needed it for a couple weeks. I have sent emails, and made calls to have the equipment picked up. I called again today October 26 2024. I was asked if I would be home today, which I was. I asked if I could get a time, or if they could call or text me when they arrive, because I live in a secure building to let them in. She told me They may or may not. I ordered supplies on 2/27 knowing that my insurance coverage would end on 3/1. Apria system submitted the order to my health insurance on 3/1 after my coverage had expired. The insurance refused to pay for it, so now I'm stuck with an invoice. I called their billing service and explained the situation and the best they could offer me was a 20% discount on $200. The representative said they were powerless to do anything more so I asked to speak to a manager, but the rep said the manager wouldn't be able to do anything either. The night I come home from the hospital informed Aprica that I needed oxygen delivered that day and after waiting for hours had to call them to get my oxygen delivered. Aprica only gave me 4 full tanks and a machine that I can use at home. The top part of the machine was never delivered that would fill the tanks. Now this company has been to my house 3 times and still no way to fill the tanks. I cant go to the doctors because I cant fill my tanks and this company doesnt seem to care. Please dont do business with them unless you only want problems. Linda Parsons
