Excellent choice for a new mini-split HVAC system. Salesperson provided detailed competitive quote and mini-split heat pump education with sizing recommendation. Installation team listened to our concerns and provided a great indoor and outdoor solution to our heating and A/C needs. Highly recommended, very professional team.
Always gives great customer service for maintenance or technical issues that may be occuring.
Have used Alpine for almost 5 years and have no plans to switch to another provider.
Treats home with care when out to clean our ductless system and provides great tips on best operating practices for our ductless system.
Great service over the phone troubleshooting an issue prior to having a technician come out. (This definitely has prevented unnecessary service appointments as ductless system was new to us in late 2010's.)

Had our Ductless Heater/Cooler serviced. Was courteous, thorough and did a fantastic job. Was almost 10 years since last serviced and what a difference. Highly recommend them, will make your unit last longer.
