In purchasing you have three variables to work with. Cost, on time delivery, and quality - and you can usually only pick two. Shawn provided a bid that was spot on with our budget, he started work immediately after receiving the go ahead, and the work he did was 12 out of 10. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. We live out of town, and his exemplary communication skills managed our vision well beyond our expectations. We'd use Shawn, and Iskra Excavation again in a heartbeat, my only fear being that he'd be too backlogged to take on our projects!NB

Sean Iskra developed our site from start to finish. I highly recommend him. Great customer service, everything is done with skill and in a timely manner. He would come by the site to check on the progress even when he wasn't working there and he gave us many great advices. I would hire him again without a second thought. Great work! Great contactor.

WOW! Same day service on a quick job. I highly recommend Iskra! Best customer service. I have to say I am very impressed. The gentleman was working on a job across from us and my husband asked what he would charge to have some brush hauled off from our lot. After a short conversation, a deal was made. He came back with a big mulcher machine a little later today and in 15 minutes, we have mulch! Please come back for the chocolate chip cookies I promised!!!! Many THANKS! Ron and Amber
