My car broke down about 10 miles outside of Ocean Shores, i have AAA so a tow was requested ASAP. Pat with Avalon called within 45 minutes and was to me not long after that. Great Guy! Helpful, Very nice, which was great since we had a 3 hour ride from Hoquiam to Everett! Would definitely use them again just because Pat's service was phenomenal!
I wish I knew the gentleman’s name who helped me with my flat last night out at Copalis. Very friendly, quick, and affordable. I called a few other tow companies and immediately dealt with someone rude on the other end, not with Avalon! They’re very friendly and professional. I grew up in Grays Harbor but moved away and recently moved back. I have dealt with tow companies along I-5 from Washington to California and I can say with confidence that this is by far the best town company I have dealt with. Makes me glad to be back!
I've used Avalon towing a few times. Best towing company I've ever dealt with. They are prompt and very professional. I'm surprised that Joseph wrote a negative review. Must have been a very rare occurrence. I find every driver safe and professional. Couldn't be better.
