Yonkman built our dream home and was with us every step of the process. Scott helped us find the land and guided us, he came out to plots to see if we could even build on them and advised if costs would be higher due to topography. He helped us with design and survey. He explained what would keep us in our budget. You get what you pay for and we got top quality, a beautiful home. We were in a bad situation with a horrible HOA in a home we thought was supposed to be our forever home after a family trauma.
