IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE ZERO STARS I WOULD. INVENTORY IS TERRIBLE. THE EMPLOYEES BEFRIEND THEIFS AND ASSIST. And treat REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE they are SUSPICIOUS or needing to be fallowed probably to make it look like they're doing their due diligence to prevent theft. seems to me like they're covering something more. Loss prevention is a joke they pick on people that are doing nothing wrong by stalking or running thru with something unscanned to set a alarm off while I watch some one they talk to dart out the other side suddenly....alarm already going off and just watch as people are leaving with full carts whom obviously haven't paid and the alarm goes off they do nothing or say nothing. I know there are rules they fallow but doesn't seem like living up to them ...BUT even worse!!! i called and asked about pickup and they claimed to not do it so I asked if they could show my friend where something was that i sent money with to go get me something urgently and and they needed direction so sent them with photo of the exact thing in stock and she said no. I said no what? She said we don't do that here....U don't do that here what the heck are you here for if you cannot direct a paying customer to what isle something is in extremely rude. I just laughed wish I got this employees name. I even said what about just directing a customer to the isle it's in or not even it but the kind of item like say where are ibuprofen no I won't tell anyone where it is well what about the general fudging direction! Good lord we need help this is end times ZERO STARS (Where the hell are they finding these employees) It should be called BRICKWALLMART BECAUSE SHOULD U NEED ASSISTANCE YOUR FORWARDED U ARE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL!
So I drove 18 miles , 36 miles round trip to Walmart in Oak Harbor. I bought a machine that seals plastic bags while sucking the air out. Got home with the NEW food saver and it wouldn't work. The power light would not go on!! It's worthless. Is this because Walmart us selling it? Makes me think twice about buying stuff at Walmart. Is it substandard?
Since when was it acceptable for a "customer service employee" (as in meaning of the job) To blow you off, after paying for a service, having them prattle on about how someone didn't show for work, but "I'm the manager and had to be called in to cover said shift so, I'm not doing anymore than I have to" I placed a delivery order yesterday, 5/31/23 to be delivered today 6/1. Between 11-12 When I received the text that it had been delivered, I looked at the photo. Not My Porch. I think its Down the block? I promptly called customer service they transferred me to the delivery area. I got voicemail. I left a message pointing to order#, name and cell#. No one called me. I called them 4 times. By 4pm I was livid. I called corporate and they would have made sure I got my order today but, by that time (almost 5 hours later) my payment had already been processed. A refund and reorder was the only option. Now they have double the money for the next 7-10 business days and I wait Again! With crossed fingers maybe my order will show. After my call to corp. I tried the delivery dept. Again. No answer. I called the customer service desk, they again transferred me. You get the picture right? But,,, someone actually answered, I asked for the manager. This person said im the mgr. I told of my issue. I got a heavy sigh and heard someone didn't show up, so I got called in to cover. I realize days off are important but, what did this info have to do with my misdelivered groceries? And my subsequent recorder delivery? When a customer has been shuffled around from one "please hold" after another they are deservedly annoyed. I am not a *Karen, and if you want to say so? I can call you mother* because you made me that way! Understand this, without the customer? You wouldn't have a job. WE ARE YOUR PAYCHECK Grow up and do the job you were hired for, take some pride in yourself and your work. Life is long. People remember. Its your job, If you don't like it? Don't do it for a living. Everyone suffers, mostly you. (I worked in customer service most of my life)
