The office staff is friendly and my physical therapy experience was wonderful. I have no complaints about the office or the services provided.The only issue I had was with their billing department. They had my credit card on file and were supposed to be charging it for each visit automatically. Apparently they didn’t charge it for 3 of my appointments (unbeknownst to me). Months later I got a call from a collections agency saying that Rue & Primavera had sent my account to collections for an overdue balance. They said they mailed a bill to me, but it was returned (not sure why since they had my address correct). But rather than charge my card that they already had on...read full review

Excellent physical therapy. Allways on time, with therapy treatments as well as communicating very well with you as patient, providing information, therapies at home and a caring and focused approach.

Great experience with Occupational Therapy. Very customer/patient oriented. They are easy to work with from the first phone call to email follow ups and therapy appointments. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a PT/OT firm that’s interested in partnering in your recovery and wellness.
