3 months ago, I finished up my 8-month journey at Oak Harbor Physical Therapy.At 26 I had lower back pain so severe that it took away my ability to exercise, and eventually crept into my daily routine, making even simple things like household chores and laying in bed painful. After many doctors' appointments, I landed here. I was primarily with Britney, but the entire team helped in my recovery. They were all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my needs. After years of physical therapy with the Navy, I got the help I needed. Being seen by voree and his team of therapists has got me back on my feet and even roller skates after years of struggles. The care is highly personalized and adjusted for all capabilities. It's still true that you will only get out, what you put into it. The team here is flexible, understanding and all around awesome!
Everyone in this place was great! They're all understanding and very helpful and helped my neck/shoulder get back to normal and not hurt anymore. I'm very grateful for their guidance and patience :)
