Plenty of newer washers. Some dryers were out of order. The bathroom is locked in the evening hours, which was inconvenient. Overall, I prefer this Laundromat because it's bigger & has more space to separate and/or fold clothes.
It is a nice place, worn, but still going strong! Yes, it was cold inside one morning, but that’s life, and it was authentic. I was able to launder a sleeping bag there the other day, and I’m appreciative for both their coin dispenser and no-fee card reader machines. There’s a small community of people who gather from all sorts of backgrounds; it is diverse!
This laundry would be 5 stars if it had an open bathroom like it used to. There rather are some homeless folks with serious, untreated mental health and substance abuse issues who spend time there at times do sometimes there some dramatic situations but normally it's still fine.. There are also people who are yacht owners from the local marina, military folk, grandmas, families with all age kids. We love this place for the diversity of people.
My partner loves the vending machine which has different beverages, and there are several SUPER large washers and driers to be able to do comforters and bedspreads.
