This was hands down, the most thorough inspection I have ever received on a home. Gregg was amazing from start to finish… worth every dollar we spent. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.
Gregg came highly recommended by our realtor Annie Kemp, Keller Williams. He was very professional, upfront about the costs and sent a very detailed email the evening before the inspection explaining what we should expect the day of inspection.
On the day of : We were able to have a discussion prior to inspection to address what are major concerns were.
He was very thorough during the process itself.
He did offer to provide a post inspection discussion to run through all of the major areas he went through. We weren’t able to stay for the post discussion, but that same night, he provided us with a meticulous report with videos, photos and notes.
