Mt. Si School of Karate is fabulous! It is not only a great place to build community and friendship with one another but the lead instructor, Sensei Michael Morris and his fellow instructors are excellent at teaching respect and self defense! Leaving a class with a feeling of personal empowerment and confidence makes me believe I can do anything! Mt. Si School of Karate rocks!
