Her understanding of how the body works together has depth I cannot explain. If you're looking for a way to move your body so it feels better, to address both mobility and chronic issues and help you do the more of the things that help you enjoy life to the fullest, look no further. 1322 Lake Washington Blvd N Suite 3, Renton“The acupuncturist Dr. Rennison is a wonderful woman, kind, emphatic and a great listener. She does great work, from just 2 sessions the pain in my forearm is nearly gone. Also with a separate therapist, I did a cupping session a few months back that I was very satisfied with. Very happy overall with my experience in the studio. People at the front desk are warming and welcoming. Booking an appointment is very easy as well with transparency of how much each service costs up front. The studio also has art and jewelry from local artists that is beautifully hand made.“

21626 Vashon Hwy SW, Vashon“I did the Delight in Your Life program with Kael in 2021 and am still reaping the benefits of that I learned and how I started taking care of myself. I call her my angel because she was a much needed healing and guiding presence that allowed me to feel and take care of myself in a very trying time in my life when I was working 60-70 hours a week and suffering from adrenal fatigue. I highly recommend this program and anything Kael does! Everyone needs a Kael in their life!! ❤️“

4741 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“Hands down the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever had! I did 7 sessions focusing on releasing emotional blockages and felt significant shifts over the month!! I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“
“Beacon hill is so blessed! Amazing yoga right here in the neighborhood! Welcoming of beginners and newcomers, a very kind and professional staff.“

222 Williams Ave S, Renton“From my experience, this is the bar I will hold all other yoga studios to.Great location, great room, great vibes, great coaches. Good price.I’d like to specifically shout out Thangs classes as well - a perfect balance of great cue-ing, challenging/new, and the meditative/mindfulness.Only changes I’d want would be the class times - would’ve loved to see a 7:30 am and the 3pm was removed for the summer.“

22021 7th Ave S #3, Des Moines“Had an appointment with Amber, and I can't thank her enough in how much she helped me. It was my first massage ever, and experience a lot of pain due to past injuries. Amber was incredibly supportive and communicative throughout the process, making me feel very safe. 2 days later, and I have to say, I havent felt this pain free in years.Thank you again so much for helping me, Amber!“

10AM - 8PM
5410 California Ave SW #102, Seattle“Simply said, Elizabeth Moncure is an incredible massage therapist. Her natural intuition, deep knowledge of the body, and 15+ years of experience is obvious on the table. She does a wonderful job of checking in at the beginning of the session to ensure that she’s understanding your needs/goals. I love well-applied deep pressure, and she’s able to exert that beautifully. Simultaneously, I appreciate her encouragement for communication, checking in, and cuing when she can sense us working through a difficult area. Smart, warm, funny, and nurturing, it’s no wonder she has such a dedicated clientele. Anyone AND everyone would benefit from the therapy she provides. She’s also a doula, and I can absolutely imagine how I would feel having her myriad qualities guiding and supporting me in that life-changing experience that can be so beautiful and complicated at the same time. She’s skilled in reading what’s needed in many “arenas.”“

5000 37th Ave SW, Seattle“I have attended classes at Sound Yoga for many years. The studio is beautiful and peaceful. The instructors help students individually by offering modifications to make poses easier or more difficult based upon the student’s abilities and goals. Sound Yoga is a very welcoming place where emotional and physical wellness are the focus.“
12:30 - 6:30PM
3827-D S Edmunds St, Seattle“Kate is absolutely amazing. By far one of the very best body workers I’ve gone to see. Both times I have gone in the outcome has been the same, movement patterns and my body has shown significant improvement almost immediately. I’ve scheduled another 8 appointments after yesterday’s visit.
I have done quite a bit of body work over the years from massage, acupuncture, cupping and now Rolfing. I definitely think Rolfing is the end game solution to improving movement and reducing pain in my body.
Kate’s office is really quiet, very clean, and super comfortable. I’d highly recommend Kate and her practice to anyone who leads an active lifestyle, or works in a physical labor field. The results are very beneficial.

Her classes are well-thought-out with a cohesive, choreographed feel, appropriate to her background as a professional dancer. After her class my body and mind are at their harmonious, energized best. Ronly is a gift and an asset to Vashon Island.“
6AM - 8:30PM
2300 E Valley Rd, Renton“I’ve been going to this studio for about a year and a half now and only have wonderful things to say about the yoga practice and instructors. Each instructor has their own style, which I love because every class is different and unique. I’ve been practicing on and off for seven years and have been to many studios, both independent and chain and nothing compares to RCF Studio. If you are looking for a yoga studio that puts time and effort into building a strong community look no further! ?“
6AM - 9PM
21915 Marine View Dr S, Des Moines“The studio is adorable and inviting. The teacher and other participants were lovely and welcoming. The class I took was great, gentle, but still had tons of options to make it as challenging as an individual would like it. The equipment was well organized, clean and available for all. I'm looking forward to trying out all of the different classes offered. I also loved the shorter session at noon, as a work from home person this made it very convenient!“
7AM - 8PM
124 4th Ave S Ste 130, Kent“I just upgraded to unlimited (and you will too if you give it a try) within my 3 month commitment. Club Pilates is the most amazing environment I've ever had working out, and I've tried it all. The studio itself is transparent and friendly and informative! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for.Pilates is not about competition or about showing up at 100% each time. It is about your body and how it works. It is about control of your muscles and mind and breathing. It is about getting stronger and more balanced each time. It's also more often than not about "feet in straps"... and it can also be about cardio if you take those classes, or happen to have an instructor that is extra bouncy! Each instructor has their own personality and brings their own style to the reformer, which is great and fun to come back knowing what kind of class you will have based on the person. Even in my first class, I felt welcomed and safe and encouraged to only go as far as I could that day.As someone with chronic low back pain, I can vouch that Pilates done regularly (even at home if you only go in twice a week!) will keep the low back pain at bay (yes they have virtual classes).I've been going for 2 months and have 12 classes under my belt. I am very excited to continue on this journey with everyone at the studio!“
“Great classes, and the energy work is amazing. The space is comfortable and feels welcoming. Joel is an incredible instructor and my first practice was so invigorating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Definitely check this out if youre looking to start somewhere“
