I have struggled most of my life with pain in my back & neck, because of an car accident when I was very young, followed by many more over the next 47 years & a diagnoses of FibroMyalgia. I went to Ashley Rusnak after being referred to her by a friend. Having a very physical job I was in a lot of pain for a lot of years and thought I was going to have to hang up my tools. Ashley seemed confident she could get me back to doing the things I love. It has been about 15 months of treatment and I feel great! I still get stiff and sore but it is so much better than being in constant pain. Ashley and I love to exchange recipes with healthy ingredients as we both believe in eating clean.
