I got my clothes back today and they were very clean. The business owner was pleasant and gave good customer service and conversation. Apparently he is the new owner and bought this business about a year ago. He seemed quite grateful to me for being a new customer and trying out his service. I asked if he accepts coupons, and he opined that these were lean times due to the state of the economy and he cannot afford to offer these, but that sometimes he may offer a special. This is a local Normandy Park Cleaners that has managed to hang on as other cleaners in the area are forced to close their doors. Four Star is extremely convenient for me (I live only 1/4 mile away).... read full review

We have loved four star for years with the Korean owner couple who ran it. Now it is under née management and it may be even better! The young man who runs it is very efficient, the clothes we have cleaned there are well pressed and clean. Very impressed so far with this née ownership. I wish only the best to the sweet couple that is finally retiring though! They were really lovely - always with a smile!
