“Ralph and Sandi are truly amazing people who have such big hearts for animals of all shapes and sizes. They are caring, compassionate, and excellent groomers. They has listened to our girls and have done what it takes to care for and groom our GENTLE GIANTS (Newfoundlands). In most recent months they groomed our senior dog Lucky Baby #13 a couple of times and lovingly maneuvered her around all throughout her grooming. She decided she needed to lay down the entire time, due to weak hinds and just being a big ole Newf. I am sure it took so much extra care and time to get the job done, but they did it! They work countless hours to accommodate all the animals they care for, and I so appreciate them. We are so fortunate to have them in Suncrest! God bless them and all of their own babies (current and past) and all the babies they care for every single day.“

“They are so fantastic with our standard poodle Piper and our elderly toy poodle Belle. Piper has issues with strangers but has really warmed up to Liz and her staff. Piper is a nut! She always looks beautiful after her appointment and they really listen to what the client wants. They go above and beyond and have even noticed medical issues that we ended dealing with early on. Piper wasn’t acting sick but turned out having a very serious uterus infection. Liz recommended taking her to the vet after what she noticed and it likely saved Pipers life. ❤️“

“Really nice groomer my dogs hair is really soft and fine so very difficult to cut. Sometimes it comes out a bit choppy looking because of this but they always do the best job possible.“

“My dog has a lot of anxiety, and two different groomers have called me to come pick her up because she was too anxious to proceed with services. I’m not exaggerating - these people are MAGIC! They work with my dog to find the methods that work best for her. They are confident and peaceful, and my dog isn’t even nervous to walk in. I am truly blown away. “Got 4 piggies (3 girls and 1 boy). Janine was so sweet and gave me update pictures of the babies and how they were doing while I was waiting for them to be old enough to ship. She was SUPER patient with me when I didn’t have everything ready in time and she very generously held them for me while I got stuff prepped. I absolutely love my pigs and so happy I found Janine!“

“I have an Aussie that gets very nervous. Cindy came and took her time to get to know him before taking him into her van. She worked with my request for his cut. I heard him vocalizing to her a couple of times but he made it unscathed He looks great and he was wagging his tail when she brought him to the door. I will definitely have her trim him up again and would highly recommend her.“

“Her and her staff accepted my fur baby at a last minute request. The communication was great via text message cause we were out of town. Was very informative on information that I needed for my pup.“

“I love this dog groomers! I take my dog from across town just to see them. All the groomers my dog has had here is always so nice and makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog. The haircut always looks great! Booking an appointment is super easy and they usually can get me in quick if I need.“
