Ralph and Sandi are truly amazing people who have such big hearts for animals of all shapes and sizes. They are caring, compassionate, and excellent groomers. They has listened to our girls and have done what it takes to care for and groom our GENTLE GIANTS (Newfoundlands). In most recent months they groomed our senior dog Lucky Baby #13 a couple of times and lovingly maneuvered her around all throughout her grooming. She decided she needed to lay down the entire time, due to weak hinds and just being a big ole Newf. I am sure it took so much extra care and time to get the job done, but they did it! They were without a doubt the best choice for our giant breed English Mastiff Elvira. They were gentle and calm and needless to say they were beyond polite and courteous and we will be returning.
