It was my first time coming here, and I showed one of the barbers a picture of what I wanted. She said that she could do it for me and I got a little bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable. The ending wasn’t like the picture but it still looked really good!

She took one look at the photo I brought with me and said: "We can do that!" She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for, and included me in the process every step of the way. She knows just the right amount of chit-chat to put one at ease, but she also educated me about my hair as she worked.

QUICK, EASY, and EFFICIENT
I started going to this Great Clips about 3 years ago and have really enjoyed the haircut process here...and I don't even like getting my hair cut. I was introduced to the mobile app by one of the stylists and it was a gamechanger. I simply schedule on the app, walk in when the app suggests, and within 3 minutes I'm in a chair getting my hair cut.
For the haircut portion, I get the same thing every time and they already know what I want before a word has been said. I've always been happy with the haircut I receive, and my wife likes it when I get home...the most important part.
