All Aboard is a nonprofit activities center for adults with disabilities. Our toilets have been getting backup and we needed immediate help. We called Zoom after experiencing a few frustrating years in a row of wet season flooding. We worked with Andrew, who showed extreme professionalism and a deep knowledge of drain systems. He systematically scoped and jetted all of our external drains, then designed and executed a plan for crawl space footer drains inside the foundation walls that directed water to a brand new sump pump setup he installed with a backup alarm. So far we’ve kept the basement dry! We’re extremely satisfied with our experience and would recommend anyone give Andrew and the Zoom crew a try!Services: Drain cleaning
