The roof team also finished their work swiftly, replacing all roof vents with a peak vent system that gives a cleaner look, and using flashing and ice and water shields throughout. The gutter team completed the entire house's gutters in one day, installing straight, strong gutters with gutter hangers in every rafter and adding an extra downspout where needed. The project manager, Eric, and office manager Martha, were praised for their excellent support, and sales representative Zachary provided helpful explanations and options. We had Polar Bear Exteriors come out to install a new roof, gutters, windows, and sliding door. Will and Brandon tackled the 12 windows and sliding door in 2 days and they did an excellent job. They were very methodical and also kept everything clean as they worked. Barely any dust or clean up on our part required. The roof team showed up and was also done in 2 days. They made it look easy and did an outstanding job. All of our roof vents were replaced with a peak vent system that gives the roof a much cleaner appearance. Flashing and ice and water shields were used throughout . Again, next to nothing to clean up after the job on our part. Next, gutter team came and knocked the whole house out in 1 day. These gutters are straight as an arrow and super strong. Dino put gutter hangers in every rafter. They even added an extra downspout for us where I needed one. Our project manager Eric was excellent. He stuck with us through the whole project as well as their office manager Martha. Also let's not forget our awesome salesman Zachary Kobayashi who spent the good part of a Saturday evening explaing everything and giving us options for materials and financing. Super easy to work with and understand. We have zero complaints and a ton of reasons to call Polar Bear Exteriors when it's time for our next project. A++++ WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. 5 STARS
We selected Polar Bear for our front window after speaking with several different companies. They were professional, the price was reasonable for the job and the quality was great. We were completely satisfied with the process and would definitely use them again.
We had all our windows completed in the house as well as two sliding doors. The teams from the front office to Anthony that does the initial visit, and the install crews including Tyler and team, Maks, Artem, and Ian are all amazing to work with! The heating and cooling of the house has been improved greatly since having the windows done in our home, and the added value of how beautiful and updated it makes our property is wonderful. Can’t say enough good things and highly recommended them for windows in your home!
