I called Trevor in a panic less than a week ago. My previous floor installer was unavailable for 2 weeks now that my flooring arrived, but I needed it installed asap, as we had been in a hotel for 4 weeks at that point and were starting the 5th week. I told him that if he could see my face as I asked about an install within a week, he could see me scrunching my face, knowing it was a TALL ask.
I was hoping for Wednesday or Thursday install, but he called me back, saying how about Saturday? This was 4-5 days *before* my hoped for date. Well, the installer's kid got sick, so it did have to get postponed till Monday, but Dennis showed up Monday at noon and completed... read full review

Excellent installer! He was here on time every single day. He worked hard and meticulously! We were so pleased! Plus installment manager came on-site on first day to make sure all was on track with materials. Top Notch!

Probably the most efficient company I have dealt with, they call with information, they text with information about your project and they call to insure your are satisfied with the quality of work performed! In this day and age it’s rare to find a company with these type of superb business practices! Talking to your clients to insure satisfaction is rare for a company, but not these guys. Our project estimator, Kelly, knowledgeable, professional and a great man to deal with! Our installer Ed was second to none! He is a great craftsman who takes pride in his work.
