J2's partnership with our condo association has been priceless. We are doing a capital project on a 25-year-old mid-rise in a few stages and J2 has guided us every step of the way. Whether it is collecting bids, inspecting the property, conducting tests of building components, and more we know they are looking out for us, the HOA. As President of our HOA I have regularly scheduled meetings with our consultant and contractor providing a clear picture of all the moving pieces. Our consultant is available the same day, often within hours, to address any questions or concerns that may arise. J2 will be our go-to for any consulting needs we may have in the future.
