Annette is very professional. And she's also very caring and kind. All my interactions have been pleasant and informative. I am a tax idiot so I appreciate that Annette is so patient with me and all my questions and repeat questions. Lol. The one thing I love about Annette and her business, is the fact that after she's finished and files your return for the year. She is still with you all year long. Meaning, you can contact her any time and ask a Tax Question. Like recently, possible news of my wife might finally be getting her long awaited insurance settlement in next couple months.
