I have been out on many of this company's job sites. The workers are respectful and capable. The company expects a high level of service from their employees and I have seen them deliver on probably close to 100 jobs.
Derek Johnson is a d*** a** who has no clue how business works! They fully train everyone to L&I safety standards. I know I used to work there and was fired for not doing what they trained me to! All of the citations are because employees do not do what they are supposed to do. They do that because L&I have ridiculous rules that make no sense and have nothing to do with safety. L&I is in the extortion business like most government agencies!
These guys are new construction roofing experts! They have enough crews to install when other roofing companies are too busy to get your job done. Fast installations and great pricing to help every builder stay on budget!
