Everyone was great and easy to talk too! Explained everything that needed to be done and they handle everything very well. Julio really went above and beyond to help us out and we appreciate it.
Had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Joe and his crew came in and took care of is right away (after the plumber). Joe was kind enough to assist me and explain the process to me, I've not gone through a situation like this before. I very much appreciate the expedience in getting the moisture handled! We had a pipe burst recently at our business which resulted in some flooding and these guys showed up and had all of the standing water out and their drying equipment up and running within an hour of the incident. They explained the situation and what they were doing in great detail and made a point to get everything handled quickly and thoroughly to keep the damage to a minimum. They successfully saved our flooring, sheetrock and insulation completely. You wouldn't know that there was ever a flood to begin with. I can't say enough good things about these guys and appreciate everything they did for us!Service: Water removal
