“I came in about 4–5 days ago to get a vertical labret and an eyebrow piercing, and Connor did an amazing job! He was super patient with me and absolutely nailed both piercings, definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ve had little to no swelling, no bruising on my eyebrow, and my lip piercing is perfectly placed. We had a couple scheduling changes and Matt just rolled with us, always friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother. He was so helpful making sure our design was exactly what we wanted both in email before and at the shop. He took so much care setting up a clean area for work.
