This was our first time remodeling and working with contractors and they were incredibly patient and answered all of our questions to ensure we understood the plan.Other contractors we discussed our plan with dismissed many of our ideas right off the bat. Oleg came into our home and immediately started bouncing off ideas with me and offering suggestions based on his expertise. He was always respectful of our budget and never offered us anything that was going to be outside of that price range. He was always very transparent with us and never tried to upsell his products/services.Anna was also so delightful to work with. We picked out our supplies/designs in their showroom and she helped us pick colors/patterns that worked well together. “We are forever grateful for having been introducted to Studio Dec (Dan Corcoran). Initially we got an estimate for our project from the Contractor firm hammer in hand. They said we would need to find a good architect for our project and are actually the ones that recommended Dan to us! Our project was for a Dadu on the footprint of the existing 15x30 garage and some renovations in our tiny 25x25 bungalow. He gave us 3 3-D mockups of the front space and great estimates of how much our different options would cost. His design suggestions were incredible with a back addition to move our staircase to the basement (now more living space) flow through the back of the house and add a new glassed in room that is truly the best room in our entire home! He was also integral to selecting our contractor (we did NOT go with hammer in hand who quoted 4x the price of everyone else we spoke to). We wanted to do a large portion of the work ourselves and Dan was very knowledgable all along the process and helped us find the help we needed and answer questions as they arose. He is a massive walking memory bank of knowledge in all things architecture and building based. We could not have asked for a better experience...and have highly recommended him to others including our neighbors!“

“We moved from the East Coat to the Seattle WA, area into a home that we had completely remodeled. As part of the remodel, we were looking to purchase and install modern, Teak Cabinets for the kitchen and bar areas. Being new to the Seattle area, we conducted an initial search in the area, for suppliers and installers of such cabinets, but were unable to find what we were looking for. While continuing to search, we came across Luna Kitchen Cabinets and decided to visit their showroom in person; and we sure are happy that we did! As we walked to the Luna showroom, we got a very good vibe of the simplistic, modern design and high quality of the display cabinets in the showroom. It was at that point; we luckily met and spoke to RL Sendra (one of the very experienced designers) in the showroom. Not only was Sendra very knowledgeable with the design of the products, but also pin-pointed what we were looking for and showed us some ideas and samples, we had finally found the Teak cabinets we had been looking for! Upon an initial consultative visit to our home, Sendra was diligent with the details and provided us with an initial rendering of what our kitchen and bar areas would look like. We formally engaged with Luna on a cabinet purchase contract and subsequently an installation contract. Right from the beginning all the way through installation, Sendra kept us well informed, and we are happy to say that everything went as planned; a very professional job by Sendra and Luna Kitchen Cabinets installers! I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.“
