I had the pleasure of receiving the services of this company somewhat recently after being blown off or considered "low priority" by many other simliar companys in the area. After seeing the work that was done, and the high level of professionalism that James displayed, they are definetely my go-to for any future issues or repairs etc. that I may require. They were quick to respond, courteous, and reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes I had been given prior. James was knowledgeable, focused and personable; with a good sense of humor to boot! I HIGHLY recommend hiring this company to anyone in need of the services they provide, you will not regret it!

far beyond what was requested, worked on my budget, got my new computer setup, backed up and new printer ready in a day, even after just getting out of the hospital. He held his appointment perfectly. You dont find companies or individuals like this anymore!

James G. went above and beyond to help fix a laptop for me. Thing was just barely a year old. Thought it might just be a new battery issue. This guy got a new battery installed it still had no luck and after running diagnostics on the rest of the internals came to the conclusion moisture must have been the culprit.Found me a comparable set up switched over hdd, ram and was able to retain everything my gf was hoping to keep allllll in warranteed manner.
