I can't think of a thing that CPi doesn't do to be helpful to their customer... from making a convenient appointment, to texting when Brandon was on his way WITH his picture so we would know he was actually our tech. He was professional, efficient, solved a 'problem' quickly, cleaned up after himself, was always careful to wear booties in our home (OK we live with dogs but was very nice of him!) and was on his way after testing to make sure everything worked!
