I came here on 11/19 for unfortunately end of life care. The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding. I wish I could remember the receptionist name but I was so inconsolable I don't remember much I could barely answer her through sobs but she was incredibly patient with me, which I appreciate. We saw 2 vet techs and the vet that night and all were very compassionate and comforting on the worst day of my life. I very much appreciate their help and kind words. I didn't feel rushed or shamed. I had a prior review for this place that was also 5 stars for them helping our sweet corgi Cannoli with an eye injury. Unfortunately last week she had a freak incident that seemed to have brought out a genetic issue with her spine and we had to make the heartbreaking choice to say goodbye that night. The vet on staff was a younger guy with glasses and the vet tech was a nice lady with a long pony tail that were both so compassionate and caring with the whole situation, they explained how it would work, gave us all the time we needed and explained how truly peaceful it would be for her, brought us treats to feed her while we held her and checked in on us just to see how...read full review
